American Homespec inspectors follow the rigorous standards set forth by the HIF (Housing Inspection Foundation) and have passed exams covering all aspects of each system in your home, which includes many outdated systems still in use in older homes. All Home Inspections are preformed in accordance with the Code of Ethics and exceed the Standards of Practice of the HIF.
At the conclusion of your home inspection, American Homespec will furnish you with a printed report which covers every facet of your home in detail.
